Cair Paravel Latin School is the region’s leading non-denominational classical Christian school and aspires to become the premier classical Christian liberal arts school in America. Our mission is to cultivate classically-trained lifelong learners, committed to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, who will enrich their community and God’s kingdom. Founded in 1980, CPLS is one of the oldest classical Christian schools in the country and is a charter member of the Association of Classical and Christian Schools. CPLS is accredited by ACCS but does not pursue accreditation with governmental agencies. CPLS serves approximately 400 students in grades K-12.
CPLS has a unique environment and truly believes in a faculty of friends. We do not require state certification for teachers. We have found that our form of education works best when we seek those who share our values and have a natural teaching ability. CPLS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, or national or ethnic origin. Learn more about us at cpls.org.
